35 Incredible women. 4 Fabulous Facilitators. 1 Outstanding Day!
A Powerful Day of Jewish Wellness
Yesterday’s Jewish Wellness Retreat was a deeply meaningful and beautifully held experience.
From the moment the day began, the room felt calm, focused, and intentional. Participants consistently shared how grounded, supported, and clear they felt throughout the retreat — not overwhelmed, not emotionally drained, but genuinely nourished.
Highlights from the day included:
Yoga with Robyn Segall, Breathwork with Esther Willinger, 2 Meditation and Self Development Sessions with Ellie Bass and a Drumming Workshop with Ora Goldin
Thoughtful, structured teaching that felt accessible and relevant
Guided meditation and embodied practices that helped participants settle and reconnect
A steady pace that allowed for depth without exhaustion
A strong sense of safety created through clear facilitation and containment
In the feedback so far, many women shared that they appreciated the balance of learning and experience, and that the retreat offered real tools they could take back into daily life. Several noted that the structure of the day itself — with minimal unstructured sharing — helped them stay present, regulated, and open.
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants describing the retreat as:
“Grounding and calming”
“Insightful and deeply nourishing”
“Thoughtfully led”
“Exactly what I needed”
Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make the day what it was. This retreat affirmed what’s possible when Jewish wisdom, wellness, and strong facilitation come together — and it set a powerful tone for what’s coming next.

Testimonials:
"As we closed our Fire & Ice journey, I found myself thinking about the four Imahot, Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Lea — whose presence was invoked at the start of the day. Each of our four guides carried a spark of their legacy: grounding, wisdom, compassion, and courage.
Thank you for holding space for us with such intention. Through movement, breath, rhythm, and stillness, you helped us melt what needed softening and ignite what needed awakening.
I left feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply connected, to myself, to the women around me, and to the ancient lineage of strength we all carry forward"
"I’ve shared many times in women’s circles that I crave deeper female friendships. But for so many of us—juggling full lives and countless priorities—it’s hard to find a day and time that works for everyone. These retreats solve that for me. I know I’ll see these women again at the next retreat, and that continuity keeps the friendship and connection alive, even while we’re all immersed in our busy lives. I truly wish these retreats would become a monthly ritual, so we can keep nurturing and deepening this community."
"There is always something special about a group of Jewish women coming together. I loved the spiritual aspect of this retreat, mixed with practical modalities. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a special day out, looking after yourself and learning from the best"
"I am new to Toronto and was nervous about coming alone. The no pressure welcoming environment made it super east to find my groove. I did not feel pushed out of my comfort zone at any point and yet overcame my initial nervousness and fears easily. Great positive interactions and feeling relaxed, inspired, and confident."
