The Core Sessions
A grounded, human approach to meaningful change.

The Core Sessions are private, structured, four-session containers with Ellie designed to help you address a particular set of issues, to understand what’s happening in your life, shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and build a steadier, clearly laid out, more connected way of living.

All Core Sessions follow Ellie's CORE framework:
Center + Clarify → Observe + Organize → Regulate + Realign → Evolve + Embody

and also includes daily digital check-ins, three worksheets a week, journal prompts, challenges and meditations in between sessions to keep you on track.

You begin with alignment, and then if you're ready, you shift.
Choose Your Core Sessions
what are the core sessions
The Core Sessions grew out of years of working with people in many different ways — coaching, intuitive work, Jewish learning, somatic awareness, and emotional patterning. I eventually realized that the people who came to me weren’t looking for one modality; they were looking for someone who could see the whole picture and help them understand what was happening in their lives on multiple levels at once.

The Core Sessions are the synthesis of my best work: the intuitive listening that helps me hear what’s underneath,
the psychological and relational understanding that reveals patterns, the somatic and nervous-system work that brings steadiness, and the Torah-based lens that helps people find meaning and alignment.

I created this structure because I saw how much faster and deeper people could shift when all these pieces were held together.
The Core Sessions give me the space to work the way I’m actually built to work — and they give you a clear, grounded path to meaningful, sustainable change.
Why Do The Core Sessions?
Because change is easier when you have a clear process and someone who can hold the whole picture with you.

The Core Sessions help you see your patterns, regulate your system, realign your choices, and practice new ways of being.
They integrate the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual layers of your life — so you’re not working on one part while neglecting another.

This is work that stays with you long after the sessions end.
