About the event
Shevet HaChesed (The Tribe of Kindness) is a confidential Zoom space for women who are caregiving for elderly or ill parents and/or spouses, providing a compassionate space to navigate the challenges of caregiving while staying connected to your own needs and well-being.
Led by Jewish Educator and Wellness Coach Ellie Bass along with guest teachers and experts.
Focus and Structure:
Managing stress and preventing burnout.
Setting boundaries and balancing caregiving with personal life.
