A twice-monthly evening circle for women in transition
When life has narrowed to two choices and neither one feels like yours, there's usually more going on than you can see from where you're standing. In this small circle of women, we find what is stuck, where it lives in you, and the options that open once it starts to move.
Led by Ellie Bass, depth coach and teacher for over 25 years, Room to Move works with all four bodies: physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. Each session blends meditation, movement, teaching and reflection, with Jewish wisdom woven quietly through. No background is needed.
