The Alumni Reset is a package of four private coaching sessions where we work together on what is happening in your life through a truly holistic lens.
In our sessions, we look at the whole of you: your physical body, your emotions, your thoughts and beliefs, and your spiritual life. We explore the relationship you have with yourself, the people around you and your practice, and notice where you may be feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck…
